| Job Summary | The primary responsibility would be to train our candidates on sewing, tailoring, controlling machines and processes. S/he should be able to follow the syllabus in a systematic and timely manner and assist the trainees in a professional way while contributing the course curriculum |
| Key Responsibilities | · Conduct theory and practical sessions on stitching and tailoring |
| · Conduct training sessions on measurements, tailoring equipment, altering and repairing of garments | |
| · Develop modules, activities and materials for effective training | |
| · Maintain the training centre and tailoring equipment | |
| · Conduct evaluation of the candidates periodically and provide meaningful feedback post the completion | |
| · Complete the training programme on time | |
| · Acclimatise the candidates for the real world job expectations | |
| Essential Skills | · 12th pass with Certificate Course/Diploma in Tailoring/Stitching |
| · At least 2-4 years of experience in the relevant field | |
| · Candidates with experience in training preferred | |
| · Proficiency in Microsoft Office | |
| · Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills | |
| Desired Skills | · Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary |
| · Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively | |
| · Understanding the skill requirements of the trainees | |
