Sarthak's Rozgar Sarathi is an accessible online job portal which will provide private as well as government jobs for Persons with Disabilities (PwD’s).
Objectives -
• It is a dedicated job portal for Divyangjan.
• It provides information about Government, Public and Private sector real-time Job openings across India. PwDs have to simply create their profile and thereafter they can apply to different jobs at a single click. The platform also offers them a customized dashboard to check updates of different jobs that they have applied for.
• Employers can also create accounts, post jobs, monitor progress and select skilled PwD workforce using this portal.
• The platform also provides facilities to conduct job fairs and organize online interviews.
