Sarthak JEET (Job Entrepreneurship and Empowerment Training) program for Persons with disability addresses the requirements of persons with disability aged between 18-35 years by providing vocational skill building training and sustainable employment opportunities. This program aims at enabling youth with disability to live financially independent lives through vocational skill building and placement support creation. Through directed efforts in the direction of skill building and employment support, trainees would get employed, and sustain them with quality performance.
The project focuses on aspects like - Employability Enhancement (Skill Development) and Sustainable Employment (Employment Generation) of persons with disabilities. The Skill Development Project aims to create the demand of the skilled workforce of persons with disability in various industries by way of carrying job mapping drives and making the candidates competent and skilled to perform the job.
The program encompasses Basic Skill building, Sector Specific training Pre-Employment Training, Allied Activities and Regular Assessments, and Feedback.
Practical knowledge of various trades (IT - ITes, Tourism & Hospitality and Organized Retail) is provided to the candidates in the well equipped Sector Skill Labs set up at each centre.
Further, various allied activities (guest lectures, exposure visits, and parent workshops) and corporate volunteering activities are part of a 3-month extensive training programme.

The digital Literacy program at Sarthak gives 15- day intensive training to people with disability because Sarthak truly believes that literacy goes beyond the ability of reading and writing. It seeks to equip them with all the necessary tools and the knowledge basis, to not only promote a successful business enterprise, but also sustain and flourish one. It lays out easy pathways for its beneficiaries, to procure loans from the government and private players. It helps to develop skills with respect to business analysis and assessment of assets to make the endeavour successful.

Sarthak Educational Trust took a special initiative for its visually impaired (VI) candidates where it trains the visually impaired candidates with VI softwares like NVDA and Jaws. This helps a lot of candidates to get technically equipped and make best use of computers. This training hones their skills and gives them the confidence to use computers.
