    7th National Conference on Disability

    18th - 19th December, 2020


    Sarthak Educational Trust and National Abilympic Association of India are organizing 7th National Conference on Disability. You are cordially invited to attend 7th National Conference on Disability on December 18th and 19th 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this annual national conference will be held online through video conferencing (webinar) for the first time.

    This event brings national and global experts together to bring knowledge and practical wisdom to our audience. These experts are senior politicians, bureaucrats, CSR leaders, Corporate, Champions with Disability and Senior Media Persons who bring extensive experience and insights on the subject.

    The theme of the conference is Digital Inclusion - Pathway to Empowerment of People with Disability. Through its 8 panel discussions we look forward to deliberate and plan for bridging the Physical, Attitudinal and Financial Barriers in the line of inclusion of People with Disability through digital mediums. And, further accelerate the pace of their inclusion led empowerment.

    Our previous conferences have been inaugurated in the esteemed presence of India's former President Late Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Cabinet Minister Dr. Thawar Chand Gehlot, Minister of Social Justice and empowerment and many eminent contributors in disability sector, and witnessed presence of 700+ Policy makers, Planners, innovators and implementers.

    About Organisers -

    Sarthak Educational Trust has been working since 2008 and in the last 12 years has successfully reached out to 4% (0.8 million) of disabled populace in India and Trained - 20000 and Placed - 18000 PwDs to let them excel in their fields and inspire many. Our 19 centers (New Delhi (4), Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Ambala, Bhopal, Jaipur, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Vishakhapatnam, Chennai, Thane) are actively engaged in creating productive citizens of India through life cycle approach and Early Intervention, Inclusive Education, Skill Development, Employment Generation, and Advocacy programs (www.sarthakindia.org).

    National Abilympic Association of India has been working to ensure excellence in vocational skills by organizing regional and national level Abilympics in India and representing India in International Abilympics since 2001 (www.abilympicsindia.org)
