The panel would put across the idea and objectives behind Rashtriyta Divyang Sashaktikaran Manch (RDSM) and developments, so far. RDSM is an initiative by Sarthak to bring different civil Society Organisations in disability sector together & catalyse the movement of empowerment of PwDs.
