Deepali Pawar – From Adversity to Independence through Sarthak Training 🌟

"God helps those, who help themselves" — this timeless saying perfectly reflects the journey of Deepali Pawar, a determined young girl from a lower middle-class family in Nashik, Maharashtra. With a positive attitude and an ever-present smile, Deepali’s life took an unexpected turn during her first year of graduation.

Till the age of 17, she was a bubbly student who loved reading about technology on the internet. But during Diwali vacation, she fell seriously ill with high fever. Gradually, she grew weak and started facing vision problems. Despite several consultations and treatments, her condition worsened. A CT scan finally revealed that she had Brain Tuberculomas, blocking blood circulation in her optic nerves. Though her life was saved through urgent treatment, her vision was irreversibly lost.

Accepting this drastic change was extremely difficult for Deepali and her family. Yet, they stood by her side, supporting her through the transition. With courage, she learned braille, typing, and basic computer skills at NAB Mumbai and TTI Pune. She even completed D.Ed, proving that her determination was stronger than her disability.

Her life took another positive turn when a Sarthak alumna, Pallavi from Solapur, introduced her to Sarthak’s 3-month Job Entrepreneurship Training Program. Believing in the opportunity, Deepali enrolled and diligently attended all classes. With guidance from Sarthak trainers, she improved her English communication, computer skills, and soft skills.

Thanks to her hard work and positive mindset, Deepali soon secured a work-from-home BPO processing job with Saaradhee. Today, she continues to support her family financially while developing her career in the same sector.

Deepali’s journey is a true testament to resilience, empowerment, and the transformative impact of skill development. She now aspires to grow in her career and become a successful, independent individual, inspiring many others to never lose hope in the face of adversity.
