There are thousands of young people who are ready to work… but the world has never been designed for the way they communicate. They sit in classrooms without understanding the teacher. They walk into interviews without being understood. They grow up hearing, “How will you ever work?”

At Sarthak, we change that — through communication training, personality development, interview preparation, and skill building — completely free of cost.

This campaign shares the journeys of three young hearing-impaired individuals currently under training. They are not asking for help to survive. They are asking for help to be employable.
