Shreshth: From Low Vision to Civil Services Dream

What if Shreshth had never attended a Sarthak awareness programme? Living with 50% low vision, he struggled with confidence and communication. But one opportunity helped him see a future beyond his limitations.

Today, after completing Sarthak's training, Shreshth is pursuing graduation. He is also a two-time state-level gold medallist in athletics and dreams of becoming a Civil Services Officer.

Rakshit: Finding Direction to Independence

What if Rakshit had never found the right place to learn? Determined to become financially independent despite blindness, he joined Sarthak to develop the skills needed to build his career.

Through computer training, communication development, and employability skills, Rakshit is now confidently preparing for his first professional role—a future where he can support his family and live with dignity.

Monica: Opportunity Creates Independence

What if Monica had never found that opportunity? Blind since birth, she had the education and ambition—but needed the right skills and accessible workplace to turn them into a career.

Through Sarthak's training, Monica now works as a Guest Service Associate at Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, earning ₹22,800 basic salary plus allowances.
