They Don’t Need Sympathy. They Need Skills.

A Targeted Campaign to Help Hearing-Impaired Youth Step Into Employment

There are thousands of young people who are ready to work… but the world has never been designed for the way they communicate. They sit in classrooms without understanding the teacher. They walk into interviews without being understood. They grow up hearing, “How will you ever work?”

At Sarthak, we change that — through communication training, personality development, interview preparation, and skill building — completely free of cost.

Goal: ₹ 500,000 for Skilling & Employability Support

This campaign shares the journeys of three young hearing-impaired individuals currently under training. They are not asking for help to survive. They are asking for help to be employable.

Trainee Spotlights

Your intervention carries them through the final lap of training directly into interview rooms.

Meet Sneha (Age-23)

Gurugram

Sneha’s father works in a clinic dispensary, and her mother looks after their home. Daily expenses and medical demands left them anxious about her future prospects. Even after securing her Class 10, 12, and a Diploma in Teaching Indian Sign Language, system navigation proved daunting due to architectural barriers and low environmental empathy. Traditional networks underestimated her potential before she enrolled at Sarthak.

What Sneha learned:
  • Indian Sign Language (ISL)
  • Communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Personality development
  • Counselling and placement support

"The training at Sarthak positively transformed my confidence, communication, and career mindset."

Meet Dolly (Age-20)

South Delhi | 100% HI

Dolly lives in a family of seven where her father runs a local business. Despite passing Class 10 with a resilient 62%, structural tracking in old classrooms was extremely tough. Persistent linguistic gaps in daily interactions began taking a toll on her confidence. Finding tailored training spaces optimized for hearing-impaired students felt like an uphill task until peers directed her to the Sarthak framework.

What Dolly is learning:
  • Communication and personality development
  • Interview preparation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Career counselling

"I improved my communication and professional skills."

Uttam. Sneha. Dolly.

Three young individuals. All under training. All preparing for interviews. All standing at the edge of employment. They don’t need sympathy. They need the last mile of support to complete their training.

ENABLE SKILLS. ENABLE DIGNITY. ENABLE EMPLOYMENT.

Help them complete their training. Be the reason someone gets a job.
