Reena’s pursuit of employment led her to CapSarathi and RozgarSarathi, two platforms that would significantly impact her life. These platforms connected her with the Sarthak Educational Trust, an organization dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities.

In September 2023, Reena became a part of Sarthak. Sarthak provided her with essential training, equipping her with the skills necessary for the competitive job market.

She delved deeper into the features offered by CapSarathi and RozgarSarathi. Among these features, she particularly appreciated CapSarathi’s inclusion of government schemes, assistive devices, matrimonial services, and scholarship information.

Reena meticulously filtered job listings on RozgarSarathi based on her specifications and actively applied for positions. She has already participated in 2-3 interviews and now eagerly awaits the final selection.
