Kajal, a passionate school teacher from Nagpur, has always been committed to education. While pursuing her M.Com degree and teaching pre-primary students, she aspired to secure a better job, either in the private sector or in government schools. Her ambition led her to discover RozgarSarathi, a job portal launched by Sarthak Educational Trust, specifically designed for persons with disabilities.

Kajal, who has a locomotor disability, was impressed by how RozgarSarathi catered to her needs, offering her a platform to find jobs without the common barriers she had faced before.
