Meet Vinay Yadav, a determined young man from Delhi who is hearing impaired since birth. After completing his 12th and a diploma from ISLRTC, Vinay had big dreams — but no clear path forward due to financial and accessibility challenges.

That’s when a friend introduced him to Sarthak Educational Trust — and everything changed.

Through Sarthak’s Training & Placement Program, Vinay gained essential skills and confidence. But the turning point came when he discovered CapSarathi — a digital platform made exclusively for Persons with Disabilities.

“It was the first time I had seen an app made just for us. I found everything I needed in one place — it gave me hope,” shares Vinay.

Through CapSarathi, he learned about business loan schemes and applied for one. Now, his dream of starting a business is within reach!
