Re-Dreaming My Future: Pradeep’s Journey with Sarthak

Pradeep's life took a drastic turn in 2017 when a devastating accident left him with a locomotor disability. At the time, Pradeep was in his final year of B.Com, filled with dreams and aspirations for his future. But the accident not only put his life on hold but took three years for him to fully recover. Even after completing his degree in 2020, the struggles continued.

Pradeep faced the harsh reality that, despite his qualifications, employers were unwilling to hire him due to his disability. For nearly four years, he applied for jobs but faced rejection after rejection. It was one of the darkest periods of his life, and he feared he would never secure employment.

Then, at the advice of a friend, Pradeep reached out to Sarthak Educational Trust’s Hyderabad Center. This marked a significant turning point in his journey. He enrolled in Sarthak’s training and placement program, which completely transformed his outlook and career trajectory.

During the program, Pradeep interacted with other individuals with disabilities, learning from their experiences, which not only inspired him but also boosted his self-confidence. His depression gradually gave way to confidence, and Sarthak’s trainers helped improve his communication skills, making him much more effective in interviews.

With the skills he gained, Pradeep was well-prepared for the job market. Sarthak's team arranged an interview for him with Teleperformance, a trusted hiring partner. Thanks to his newfound skills and confidence, Pradeep successfully cleared the interview and secured a position as a Feedback Analyst in March 2024, with a salary of 2.0 LPA. The job is work-from-home, offering him both financial stability and professional growth.

Seven months into his role at Teleperformance, Pradeep is thriving. His confidence is at an all-time high, and he is once again dreaming about the future he had envisioned before the accident. He reflects, "Sarthak has completely changed my life. Living with a disability is not a challenge; it makes you special and capable of doing something different in life."
