Overcoming Challenges, Achieving Dreams: Anchar’s Journey with Sarthak

Anchar Ali Ahamed, from Cooch Behar, West Bengal, grew up in a middle-class family. After losing his father, his mother worked in a private company to support the family. Determined to ease her burden, Anchar aimed to secure a stable job and become independent.

Despite completing his BA from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, he struggled with low confidence and communication skills. When he learned about Sarthak Educational Trust’s training and placement program, he saw it as an opportunity for growth and joined with hope.

Initially, he struggled with low self-confidence, communication barriers, and hesitation in speaking English, even though he understood the language.

However, with structured training, interactive learning, and the Committee System, he gradually overcame his fears. The trainers at Sarthak continuously motivated him, provided personalized guidance, and encouraged him to become the best version of himself.

Through active participation in discussions, team-based activities, and real-world simulations, Anchar’s personality transformed. He built a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and newfound confidence to step into the professional world.

After completing the program, Anchar secured a job at Jachim Multimedia as a Computer Operator, earning 1.2 LPA. Alongside work, he is preparing for government exams, guided by his motto: "Never give up!"
