Bhitali Tamuli, a 24-year-old from Rudreshwar, Assam, has never let her 45% locomotor disability define her. A bright and determined individual, she completed her education with commendable grades, despite emotional and social challenges.
The constant stares and lack of understanding during her school years caused stress and anxiety — but these struggles only strengthened her resolve to succeed.
In her pursuit of a stable career and financial independence, Bhitali was actively searching for skill development opportunities. That’s when she discovered Sarthak Educational Trust through the GyanSarathi app — a digital learning platform specifically designed to empower persons with disabilities through skill-based training.
From learning basic computer and soft skills to preparing for employment in the E-commerce sector, GyanSarathi not only enhanced her abilities but also changed her path — from uncertainty to empowerment.
What impressed Bhitali the most was the easy-to-use Learning Management System (LMS), structured curriculum, interactive videos, and progress tracking features, which allowed her to learn at her own pace and stay motivated.
She has now completed training in Basic Computer Skills, Soft Skills, and English Communication — and is preparing to enter the E-commerce sector with the help of Sarthak’s placement support.
Bhitali shares that she has become more responsible, punctual, and confident. Her journey is a shining example of how the right resources — like GyanSarathi and Sarthak’s support — can transform lives and open doors to independence and purpose.
