Gone are the days, when charity or empathy was assumed to be guiding force of hiring persons with disability.

Now, is the era where, diverse workforce offers multifarious advantages namely Diversity, Creativity, Engagement, and what not.

Sarthak is engaged in creating equipped workforce since 2008 and have successfully trained and placed 13000 and 16000 PwDs respectively, through its pan-India presence.

We thank our supporters in this effort, and aspire to be supported by more believers in our cause.

In this line, this November 16, 2019 we are organising 150^th National Job Fair for Persons with Disabilities directed at:

• •   Screening and selecting skilled workforce for different job roles in varied sectors with the support of Corporate Partners.
• •   Cross-learning, Ideation and Planning for furthering the prospects of Employment of PwDs
