Job Title Trainer
Reporting to Project Manager
Job Summary Trainer is responsible to enhance the competencies of individual trainees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost trainees workplace performance.  You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions. 
Key Responsibility Areas ·         Sense needs of the trainees on an individual basis and as a group identify training needs by evaluating strength and weakness
·         Candidate Mapping i.e. assessing current status of trainees and preparing training plan accordingly in tune with training schedule
·         Establish & maintain a positive environment for learning through appropriate researched based training management strategies.
·         Conduct  training in soft skills/ IT/BPO/ Retail sector
·         To develop or assess materials that will help candidates understand the subjects being taught.
·         Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available
·         Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
·         Evaluating the performance during the training period
Essential Skills ·         Graduate in Management or any other relevant domain
·         2+  years of experience of training preferably in disability sector
·         Must have good communication skill/ mentoring skills
·         Competent with Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Desired Skills ·         Sensitized attitude towards Persons with Disability (PwDs) is direly needed
·         Proficient in communication in Hindi / English / Local language
·         Very good analytical skills to understand and needs of training
Remuneration Salary will be ranging in between 20-25,000 per month
